Blue Cross Blue Shield approved the following 2026 VBR goals:

• Cardiac Rehab referral prior to discharge after TAVR ≥90%
• Increase rate of mean gradient documentation at 1-Year follow up ≥80%
• Site-specific measure proposed by the site and approved by the MISHC coordinating center
