Use the disclaimer statement in materials including - but not limited to - print and digital publications, presentations, grant applications, and websites.
MISHC is a collaboration between the Michigan Society of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeons (MSTCVS) and the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Cardiovascular Consortium (BMC2). Support for MISHC is provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network as part of the BCBSM Value Partnerships program. Although Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and MISHC work collaboratively, the opinions, beliefs, and viewpoints expressed by the author do not necessarily reflect the opinions, beliefs, and viewpoints of BCBSM or any of its employees. Further, BCBSM does not have access to MISHC data, and all patient episodes occurring at engaged hospitals are included in the data registries, regardless of payer.

- Follow the guide for presenters/authors specific to your meeting or journal.
- Contact the MISHC Coordinating Center for assistance with figures including central illustrations and visual abstracts.
- Figures that will be printed should be created using a CMYK color space
- Use high-resolution graphics and images - largest dimension a minimum of 6 inches/1800 pixels at 300 dpi - to create your figures.
- Do not use copyrighted graphics and images unless you have permission.
