Clinical Quality Improvement Lead, Sheryl Fielding, is a nurse educator for MISHC. She helps to ensure MISHC sites are meeting all CMS and TVT requirements through chart reviews, report findings, and site visits. Sheryl also works closely with the national STS/ACC NCDR TVT registry to provide feedback on behalf of structural heart sites in the State of Michigan on definitions, data fields, and TVT reporting. Sheryl works with Alondra Dorsey to develop MISHC reports, registry and VBR goals, educational meetings, and relevant tools for our participating sites for quality improvement.
