Raquel Hazzard Administrative and Project Coordinator Raquel received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University. Raquel joined MSTCVS QC in 2015 and provides support to the MSTCVS Quality Collaborative Team and the PERForm Registry Team.
